February Meetings
February 7 - We hosted our club meeting at the future home of The Rotary Centre.  Our topic this week was all about our exciting projects and future planning.  We are changing things up, so make sure you keep an eye on our club calendar on the home page of our website (www.rotarycollingwood.org) to see what's planned for each week.

February 14 - Our lunch meeting this week welcomed guest speakers from CNIB - Andrea Roylance and Betty Meacher. We learned so much about the work CNIB is doing in our own community. Visit www.cnib.ca to learn more!

February 21 - There was no regular meeting this week in lieu of our support of Home Horizon's Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser. The Coldest Night of the Year is a super-fun, family-friendly fundraiser that raised over $4,000,000 for hungry, homeless, and hurting individuals and families across Canada.

February 28th - Great Rotary Club event with a visit from the Cybergnomes Robotics Club. Volunteer Deborah Bronée, and club members Galin and Lydia provided a terrific update on their club and the many competitions they are involved in. This group is a wonderful example of fantastic work by volunteers, schools and teachers preparing our kids for future jobs and building many skills along the way. We wish their team good luck on their way to the next First Steamworks competition!! Find out more at www.cybergnomes.ca.
